This was my first year offering prom sessions and I cannot wait until next year to do it again! I loved how all the couples look so gorgeous and handsome in their formal attire. It was so much fun meeting all the parents and family members at the prom sessions. Prom is almost as exciting as a senior portrait session !!
A couple of Saturday’s ago I had the pleasure of working with Morgan and Andrew on their prom session. Morgan and Andrew both attend Perquimans County High School. The week before their session I was watching the weather everyday. Hoping the rain would stay away on that Saturday and it did! The weather was a little cool and cloudy which was fine. I met Morgan and Andrew in downtown Edenton by the waterfront. When Morgan got out of the car and I saw her dress … I was speechless she was absolutely stunning. I loved everything about her dress it was fuchsia pink, it had sparkly shimmers and strapless sweetheart neckline. Andrew looked very handsome in his black tux. I started their prom session in front of the white gate on West Water St. in downtown Edenton area. This is a beautiful location for any formal portraits. We also walked across the street to the beautiful waterfront area of downtown Edenton to get some gorgeous images too!
I really enjoyed talking and working with Morgan and Andrew. They both did amazing job on their prom session. I could not wait to share some of these beautiful images. After their session I went straight home to edit a couple of their prom portraits to post for sneaks. It was so hard to pick which ones to share. I had so much fun meeting Morgan, Andrew and their family. Thank you again Heather for asking me to be apart of this very special day!!
