I shot this beautiful style shoot in August 2016. A week after the session, I submitted my images to Senior Style Guide to be featured on their blog. A couple of days later I received an email saying that my images will be featured on their blog …. I was so EXCITED and HONORED!! This is one of my many goals and dreams in this business.
I have been sitting on this blog post for a while now and I AM so glad I get to share all these GORGEOUS images with you now. I had this idea of girl in a flowy dress on rocks with the wind blowing her dress and hair. I put my inspiration into full throttle. Once I found the dress the next part was the finding the model. I worked with Whitney on her senior portraits and thought she would be the perfect model. Her natural look and blues eyes would just standout. The day before the shoot I went to the store and purchase some beautiful flowers. The yellow and plum colors just looked amazing with the dress. I made the flower crown about hour before the shoot. The day of the shoot it was windy, overcast and the river was a choppy. It was perfect weather for this shoot. Whitney was such a trooper waiting out in the river, climbing on rocks and laying down on dead trees.
We had a lot of fun and laughs. It had incredible time working with Whitney. Thank you again Whitney for being amazing model. A BIG thank you to Senior Style Guide for the Blog Post Feature!!
